After making NCAA history last night, Duke’s Coach K said:

Speaking of their success…

“I’m riding [the team’s] bus, they’re not riding mine.”

Then he told the reporter, “you should be interviewing these guys” as he pulled one of his players over.

He kept focus on his team, when he could have focused on his own achievement and (obvious) contribution.

Thanks for the leadership lesson, Coach K!
