If you’re building an AI product. Don’t start with AI. Why?
Users don’t automatically trust AI.
AI Products require users to:
* BELIEVE your forecast or recommendation
* SWITCH from something familiar (a spreadsheet or intuition) to something unfamiliar
* BET their professional reputation on your model (what if I take your recommendation and miss my goal?)
Designing for user adoption often means starting with analytics not AI.
Analytics (charts/graphs) quickly create baseline understanding, trust and value.
Then layer in more advanced predictive features.
