It’s frustrating when things just aren’t working in a startup.

It’s frustrating, because you’re investing so much time, effort, and energy for such meager outcomes.

It feels insulting.

But, I’ve learned this frustration is a signal.

It’s a signal to try something different.

It’s a signal to adapt.

It’s a signal to persevere a bit longer.

It’s also commonly the feeling I get right before a major breakthrough.

So while I don’t like it, I now know it’s the feedback I need.
